We Hope You’re Sitting Down — These Disney World Wait Times Are NO JOKE

Spring break is here and the crowds have come along with it!

This week, Genie+ has been at its highest price and even completely sold out one day which means demand for the skip-the-line service is high. Genie+ may or may not be a necessity for you, but after seeing these wait times, you may want to adjust your budget. If you want to know what the wait times could look like on your upcoming Disney World trip, you’ve come to the right place! Here are the average wait times from the past week in each Disney World park.

Magic Kingdom

The wait times in Magic Kingdom have seen a big jump compared to last week. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train averaged out at 96 minutes and Peter Pan’s Flight and Space Mountain also had averages over an hour.

• Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid: 25 minutes
• Tomorrowland Speedway: 26 minutes
• Dumbo the Flying Elephant: 28 minutes
• Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini: 28 minutes

• Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: 35 minutes
• Astro Orbiter: 38 minutes

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios had a tie for the longest average wait time! Slinky Dog Dash and Rise of the Resistance both had a 114-minute average this week, making it a huge increase since last week.

EPCOT

EPCOT has some of the lowest wait times, but that doesn’t mean the popular rides don’t get busy. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Test Track, and Frozen Ever After are the rides you’ll want to watch out for when it comes to long wait times.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

You might be surprised to learn that Animal Kingdom is home to the highest average wait time in all of Disney World! Avatar Flight of Passage had a 129-minute average followed by a 73-minute average at Na’vi River Journey. We highly suggest using an Individual Lightning Lane or rope dropping Flight of Passage.
