We visited in late September of this year and had not been to Tony's for 2 years. Food was really good and you can tell they have worked on the menu recently. Mozzarella appetizer was great and our entrees were good too. My son and I had fettucine alfredo and my husband had spaghetti. We love the theming at this restaurant and it is a must do for my developmentally disabled adult son.
Pros:
Food was much improved since our last visitCons:
Server was great but it seemed to take longer than usual for our food.Reviewed by Lesli74 Review Date: 10/02/2024

Great service! I don't understand the hate!
Pros:
Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and the portions were HUGE! We watched the afternoon parade out the window by our table so that was a BONUS!Cons:
This location does tend to be a little crowded and noisy but you're in WDW, so that's to be expected.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/25/2024

I honestly don't know why everyone hates this restaurant, we were seated by our super kind server. We unfortunately had a table right in the middle of the restaurant and it was quite crowded. The appetizers were also delicious, especially the garlic bread tower. I ordered the Spaghetti and Meat sauce and the pasta was cooked well. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a solid table service restaurant to break up a busy day in the Magic Kingdom.
Pros:
great service, garlic bread tower, pasta perfectly cookedCons:

We were drawn in by the promise of the garlic bread tower. From the front desk to the waitstaff, the service was outstanding. The garlic bread with fondant did not disappoint. The mozzarella sticks were good, just big cheese sticks; however, the sauce did kick it up a notch. I had spaghetti with impossible meatballs; my pasta was cooked correctly and not oversauced. The meatballs, while appearing to have been pre-made/frozen, were quite tasty. I did wish they offered grated cheese at the table; I had to ask for some. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, though 2 people thought their pasta was slightly undercooked. The one cocktail that was sampled was very strong.
Pros:
Service; garlic bread towerCons:

This is our go-to table service restaurant since the revamp. The cheesestick and the garlic bread is a meal all by itself. We also like their pasta dishes.
Pros:
Love the appetizersCons:

I came back to Tony's Town Square in September 2023 and found the new menu to be really good! I had a read a review prior to making reservations that a new chef had updated the menu. I tried the new garlic bread, it was very good, the bread was crispy with the perfect amount of garlic. For my entrée I had the chicken parmesan and it was great! I could not eat all of the chicken, it was a large portion, well worth the price.
Pros:
Great location right inside Magic Kingdom. Friendly staff. New Chef has put this restaurant back on the map.Cons:
The restroom with the restaurant is very small, might be a better idea to go further down main street USA if leaving the restaurant.Reviewed by DisneyGirlMelissa Review Date: 02/19/2024

the appetizers we had were amazing! (Garlic Bread for the Table and Fried Mozzarella) We easily could have had that and been done. The pasta on the other hand wasn't so great. Nothing horrible, but nothing to write home about either.

GREAT PLACE!!! This was probably our favorite sit-down meal on our trip (yes, even better than Be Our Guest). We got seated right away and the food was awesome. Service was outstanding....great experience!!!
Pros:
Great food, great service, fun atmosphere....great location too. Portions are HUGE.Cons:

I can understand why people say this is similar to Olive Garden. However--the marinara tasted just like my homegrown and roasted tomato marinara. It was delicious. And that was before the recent menu revamp. I spoke to our server complimenting the sauces (we were pleasantly surprised after all, especially from previous negative reviews we read prior to our visit!) who confirmed the sauces were house-made. My husband also loved his pasta dish (pretty sure it was a spicy sausage-based sauce?). The server was attentive and friendly, honestly making this a nice well-rounded dining experience. The only negative for us was that this restaurant can get a bit busy and loud, but that's honestly to be expected.
