Sept 2024 - July 2026	Contemporary - Bay Lake Tower : Disney Resorts	Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort In April of 2024, Disney confirmed that beginning in September, the Bay Lake Tower would begin the first major refurbishment in its history, lasting a full year.
Early April 2025 - August 2027	Port Orleans Riverside : Disney Resorts	Port Orleans Riverside Guest rooms in the Magnolia Bend at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside will undergo refurbishment. During this time, guests may see or hear construction work in the area.
July 2025 - Late 2026	Yacht Club : Disney Resorts	Yacht Club Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is undergoing routine exterior maintenance through late 2026.
Oct. 01 - TBA	Polynesian : Disney Resorts	Polynesian Village Resort Construction at the Polynesian Village Resort in 2026 will primarily focus on the new main entrance, with the project running through 2026 or into 2027. While the resort's pools and dining will remain open, the main entrance roadway and bus area are being reconfigured, which may cause construction noise and visual impacts, especially during daytime hours.
Feb 23rd - Summer 2026	Rafiki's Planet Watch : Disney's Animal Kingdom	Conservation Station This location will be temporarily closing on February 23rd to make way for a new Bluey adventure coming in Summer 2026.

May 2026 - Aug 2026	Yacht Club : Disney Resorts	Yachtsman Steakhouse Yachtsman Steakhouse will close in May 2026 for a refresh, with reopening expected by August 2026.
May 2026 - Jan 2027	Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House : Disney Resorts	Animal Kingdom Lodge: Jambo House From May 2026 through January 2027, Guest rooms at Jambo House at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge will undergo refurbishment.
