These Disney World Rides Are for People Who Hate Waiting in Line

Let’s face it — waiting in lines is one of the worst parts about Disney World.

Magic Kingdom

Although some queues are better than others and have interactive elements or air conditioning, most Disney World visitors want to do as MUCH as possible in their day — so waiting in lines is not ideal!

We keep track of the Disney World wait times every day and create guides that can help you decide if you should buy Genie+ (Disney’s skip-the-line service). But what about those consistent attractions that almost NEVER have a line?

Crowds

We’re taking you through the average wait times in Disney World from the past week and below we’ve bolded some attractions where we consistently see low wait times. Check these out next time you really can’t handle waiting in any more lines!

Magic Kingdom

There are a ton of attractions in Magic Kingdom, many of them being shows, so there are many that you can do without waiting in line. If you want to rest your feet, enjoy Country Bear Jamboree, Hall of Presidents, Carousel of Progress, the Tiki Room, and Mickey’s PhilharMagic. The PeopleMover, Dumbo, and Mad Tea Party are some rides that you can do with a minimal wait as well!

Haunted Mansion

Here are the average weekly wait times for each ride below, from shortest to longest wait times.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

It’s no surprise that Rise of the Resistance and Slinky Dog Dash have long wait times, so what should you do in between those long lines? Well, as far as rides go, Star Tours usually has fairly low wait times compared to the other rides in the park. For some more attractions, check out Muppet Vision 3D or Walt Disney Presents.

Rise of the Resistance

Read the list below to see the rest of the Hollywood Studios ride wait times averages, from low to high:

EPCOT

EPCOT is home to many short films around World Showcase like the Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along and Reflections of China which are a nice break from the heat. Take a ride on Gran Fiesta Tour, Living with the Land, or Spaceship Earth with a little wait.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Pandora in Animal Kingdom is NOT the place to be for short wait times so we suggest having a plan (which may include Genie+) to ride those attractions. It’s Tough to Be a Bug and TriceraTop Spin are usually pretty easy to experience.

Kilimanjaro Safaris

The average wait times for the rest of Animal Kingdom’s attractions are listed below:
