Help — Wait Times Are INCREASING in Disney World

There has been a LOT going on in Disney World lately, so have all the recent happenings brought out the crowds?

We’ve seen a brand new ride open in EPCOT, the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival has begun, and we also just found out a ton of new info about the new MagicBand+ coming soon. It’s July, which is usually pretty busy in Disney World, but the wait times have surprised us a bit lately. So, let’s see what this past week’s wait times looked like, and if they’re continuing the trend!

Magic Kingdom

In Magic Kingdom, Peter Pan’s Flight was at 68 minutes, Splash Mountain was at 68 minutes, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train was at 82 minutes.

Hall of Presidents: 0 minutes
Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse: 0 minutes
Tom Sawyer Island: 0 minutes
Country Bear Jamboree: 0 minutes
Carousel of Progress: 4 minutes
Liberty Square Riverboat: 5 minutes
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel: 12 minutes
Mad Tea Party: 12 minutes
Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover: 14 minutes

In Hollywood Studios, Rise of the Resistance had an average wait time of 110 minutes this week, while Slinky Dog Dash had a wait time of 86 minutes, and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run had a wait time of 73 minutes.

Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy: 15 minutes
Star Tours – The Adventures Continue: 18 minutes
Alien Swirling Saucers: 34 minutes
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway: 54 minutes
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: 60 minutes
Toy Story Mania: 65 minutes
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith: 66 minutes

EPCOT

Frozen Ever After had the highest average wait time in EPCOT at 66 minutes. Then, we had Test Track at 63 minutes and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at 61 minutes.

And, same as usual, Flight of Passage had the longest average wait times at Animal Kingdom, coming in at around 102 minutes. Then, Na’vi River Journey averaged around 56 minutes, and Kali River Rapids had an average wait time of 45 minutes.
