FULL Park-by-Park Breakdown of Disney World’s Average Wait Times

When you’re planning a trip to Disney World, it’s a good idea to check on the latest wait time trends so you know what to expect.

Magic Kingdom

We study the average ride wait times in Disney World and report on all the current trends! That way, you can be prepared for your next vacation. Flight of Passage — Walt Disney World’s busiest ride — saw a nearly 10% drop in wait times while, at the same time, most of the Magic Kingdom’s average wait times jumped up in small increments.

Let’s take a look at this past week’s average wait times.

Disney Vacation Planner

Magic Kingdom

Here are the average weekly wait times for each ride below, from shortest to longest wait time:

(NOTE: Since Tron Lightcycle/Run and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure do not use standby lines, we have not included them here)

Space Mountain at night

The Magic Kingdom park saw some interesting increases across the board this week. None were large, many within a minute or two, but overall they seemed to indicate that the park itself was a bit busier this past week.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Read the list below to see the averages of the Hollywood Studios ride wait times, from low to high.

Slinky Dog Dash

Hollywood Studios remained mostly unchanged this week, with Slinky Dog Dash and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster leading the pack. Tower of Terror did see a 5-minute increase though.

EPCOT

See the average EPCOT attraction wait times from the week below.

(NOTE: Since Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does not use a standby line, we have not included it here)

Mission: SPACE

EPCOT’s wait time champion was still Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure as usual, but overall, EPCOT saw the opposite of Magic Kingdom this week. Wait times were actually slightly down on average across the board this week. (NOTE: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does not currently use a standby queue, so it’s not included here.)

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The average wait times for Animal Kingdom’s attractions are listed below.

Kilimanjaro Safaris

Animal Kingdom’s Flight of Passage remains the busiest ride at the park (and resort overall), but its wait fell by 9 minutes this week. However, the waits of Kali River Rapids and Na’vi River Journey both went up, seemingly to compensate.
