We just returned from a Feb 5-11th trip. Having booked this during this time expecting low average crowds we were very disappointed to find 50-120 min wait times in every park, every ride, morning-night! I believe that “low crowds” is a thing of the past and that people should set their expectations accordingly.
Can anyone explain all the Temporarily closed Headliners (not the refurbishments) from one time to the next? Do they stop allowing entry to the line, do they make everyone in line leave?
It depends. If they believe it is going to be a short closure, they may allow people to stay in line, but not allow any new guests to enter the queue. If they believe it will be a lengthy closure, they may clear the queue.
