It kinda always feels like Disney World is busy now. It’s hard to find an off-season where your favorite rides are walk-ons, there’s not a single line for food, and you’re meeting characters with no one behind you. While we’re trying to find that glorious slow season again, we can tell you it’s NOT during the winter holidays.

Over in Magic Kingdom, we noticed that Winnie the Pooh was down the whole day. We aren’t super surprised, considering it had super high wait times the day before, suggesting it was breaking down frequently or operating at a lower capacity. Everything else? Honestly, these are not the worst times we’ve seen! TRON Lightcycle / Run stayed around 70 minutes most of the day and was usually the longest wait.

It looks like the crowds were really at EPCOT! Festival of the Holidays started a few days before, so it feels like everyone was ready for a long EPCOT day. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind jumped to 115 minutes and mostly stayed around the 90-minute mark, and Living with the Land had longer than usual waits towards the end of the night. Living with the Land is currently Glimmering Greenhouses, which is when it’s lined with Christmas lights, and while you can see it during the day, it looks so much cooler at night.

Even Animal Kingdom had some crazy waits! Flight of Passage is usually the longest wait, and yesterday was no different, but 110 minutes is still a long wait. If you want to ride Kilimanjaro Safaris (which you totally should, by the way), make sure you go earlier in the day because it usually closes when it gets dark, and since we’re in the winter months, that usually starts around 5 PM.
