Something relatively unprecedented happened this week: Disney World’s long-reigning longest-wait time champion lost its title! That’s right. The one ride that usually reports the highest wait time in Disney World finally saw its average wait time decrease!
Magic Kingdom
Below is the average weekly wait time for each ride, from shortest to longest wait time.

- Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse: 5 minutes
- Carousel of Progress: 5 minutes
- Prince Charming Regal Carousel: 6 minutes
- Mad Tea Party: 7 minutes
- Magic Carpets of Aladdin: 8 minutes
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover: 8 minutes
- Liberty Square Riverboat: Â 8 minutes
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant: 9 minutes
- Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini: 9 minutes
- Tomorrowland Speedway: 11 minutes
- it’s a small world: 12 minutes
- Enchanted Tiki Room: 12 minutes
- Country Bear Musical Jamboree: 14 minutes

The Magic Kingdom saw wait times stay relatively stable after last week’s sharp decreases, even with the closure of The Jungle Cruise. (REMINDER: TRON Lightcycle / Run does not currently use a standby queue; it’s not included here, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure does not have a standby queue yet.)
Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios was home to Disney World’s longest average wait time this week, as Slinky Dog Dash was the only attraction at the resort to command an average of over 60 minutes.

EPCOT actually saw wait times increase this week. Perhaps due to larger crowds brought in by the International Food & Wine Festival. (NOTE: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does not currently use a standby queue, so it’s not included here.)
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
The average wait times for Animal Kingdom’s attractions are listed below.
- The Boneyard: 0 minutes
- TriceraTop Spin: 5 minutes
- It’s Tough to Be a Bug: 10 minutes
- Dinosaur: 20 minutes
- Expedition Everest: 23 minutesÂ
- Kilimanjaro Safaris: 24 minutes
- Kali River Rapids: 32 minutes
- Na’vi River Journey: 41 minutes
- Avatar Flight of Passage: 59 minutes
Animal Kingdom’s Flight of Passage, saw something almost unprecedented this week: not only was the standby wait time UNDER an hour (granted, it was only by a minute, but still one of the rarest wait time sights in Disney World) but for the first time in ages, Flight of Passage was NOT Walt Disney World’s busiest ride by average wait time!
