When you’re planning a trip to Disney World, it’s a good idea to check on the latest wait time trends so you know what to expect.

We study the average ride wait times in Disney World and report on all the current trends! That way, you can be prepared for your next vacation. So, now that we’re almost through August, what are the average ride waits looking like? Should we be worried or relieved? Let’s find out!
Let’s take a look at this past week’s average wait times.Â
We noticed something interesting this week in terms of wait time trends. EVERY Disney World park boasted LOWER average attraction wait times across the board…except for one park, where the average wait times increased. Any guesses about which park is the offender?

It’s Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Take a look at the wait times below, and prepare to be surprised.
Magic Kingdom
Here are the average weekly wait times for each ride below, from shortest to longest wait time.

(REMINDER: Tron Lightcycle / Run does not currently use a standby queue; it’s not included here, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure does not have a standby queue yet.)
