Traveling with long legs is NO joke, but luckily for you, I’ve tried just about everything and am bringing the best tips and tricks here to you.

I’ve traveled all over the world, including on flights that were over 20 hours, so I prioritize comfort while flying, especially when I need to be able to bounce back from time zone to time zone. When you’re flying 20 hours and then need to do a full day in a theme park, you figure out the best way to sleep on planes!
First, we have this Neck Support Travel Pillow.

This travel pillow is so much better than your normal neck pillow because of the neck support and how little space it takes up in my bag. If you’ve tried the traditional neck pillow before and didn’t really see the benefit, try it again with this one that just focuses on keeping your head up on long flights. I like to put the pillow that’s provided behind my back and keep my neck up with this.
Then we have the Cooling Eye Mask.

One way to stay asleep during a flight is to make sure it’s nice and dark so you don’t have to worry about your neighbor’s reading light. Throw this on with the neck pillow, and you won’t even wake up for snacks.
I also love taking a pair or two of Compression Socks!

When you’re not able to move around easily on the plane (hello, middle seat!), these can help improve blood circulation and make life just feel a little bit better. Especially with longer legs, you might not be able to fully stretch out, so this provides some relief when you need it.
Believe it or not, this Foot Hammock has saved the day multiple times!

It might look silly, but being able to get your knees a little higher and your feet off the ground helps relieve the airplane foot cramping. All you have to do is hang it behind your tray table and prop your feet up.
Don’t underestimate the power of good Noise Canceling Headphones, too.

Airplanes are too loud, and these help cut down on that extra noise, even if you aren’t listening to anything. This is especially helpful when the people in front of you need to have an entire conversation 12 hours into the flight.
Lastly, I love a good blanket like this Mickey Mouse Throw Blanket.

This is always worth the bag space for me because not only can I use it on the plane, I can use it back in the hotel room. This blanket rolls up so I can tuck it in my backpack, and it’s super fluffy.
If you’re heading on a long trip in Economy, don’t fear! These items help take my flights from zero to hero and keep me rested so I can spend full days in the parks without missing a beat. Make sure you keep following AllEars for more.
