While we could stay in Disneyland‘s Adventureland all day, we love heading to the Disneyland Hotel for a more relaxed jungle vibe.

We often grab drinks and snacks from the Disneyland Hotel’s spots, but an unexpected closure in May will affect our plans!
Right now, Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar is partially closed, so you can only sit outside. The indoor dining rooms are currently under construction, but now, Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar will close entirely. The Jungle Cruise-inspired bar will close on May 14th and reopen on May 20th.

While we’d love to say you could head over to neighboring Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill during the closure, this will also be closing entirely on May 14th! It will also reopen on May 20th with Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. We’re pretty sad about this one, because we love their food, and they offer mobile ordering when Trader Sam’s is busy!

During the closure, you can head to Palm Breeze Bar to enjoy innovative cocktails paired with shareable appetizers, artisan personal pizzas, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and more. While not Polynesian-themed, this spot is the closest vibe with a casual atmosphere, fun drinks, and great food!

Or you could take a seat at Broken Spell Lounge, a cozy lounge that draws inspiration from the classic Disney animated film Sleeping Beauty. They have a wide variety of cocktails, but we love their Green-Eyed Scepter and Benevolent Faerie.

For a more family-friendly option, Goofy’s Kitchen is a character meal hosted by Goofy and friends with an all-you-care-to-eat buffet serving brunch and dinner. It’s a great spot for younger kids!

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on these restaurant closures. Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disneyland news!
