We loved this ride. It was calming and relaxing in the middle of a hectic day. Love the history of it!!

Listen; I do NOT hate this ride. I think it's great and it's always a good time. The concept of a rotating theater is amazing and makes this ride unique. But, I wouldn't say it's a must do for most people. It tells a cute story but can seem outdated to most due to some references and period-typical attitudes towards women (in my opinion). I don't think it's something that a lot of younger (like myself) audiences will understand. Still, good Sherman Brothers music.

We love this ride! My 8 year old kept insisting we go on it again and again. The A/C is great, we love the song, it's nice to sit for a bit later in the day, there is never a line, and most of all, I love Disney nostalgia.

The Walt Disney's Carousel Of Progress is a great show, that takes you through part of the 1900's. It's a cute moving show in the AC, and will keep you entertained during your Magic Kingdom day. I have been on this ride many times and I love it! Little kids may find it hard to sit still for a 20-ish minute show.

Just a straight up classic! A catchy song, with still great animatronics, and even a great storyline and message overall!
It doesn’t really get any more classic than Carousel of Progress. With a main character that reminds me of Walt Disney himself, and a storyline about progress and how even among the winds of change and technological progress the importance of family stays the same, it doesn’t really get much more Disney than this.
This is also a great spot to get a break from the heat in some air conditioning and seating, as there is very rarely any longer than a five minute wait.
One single gripe is that I think the seats in here could use an update. While I think that there is a part of the seating that adds to the classic nature of this, it definitely has seen its share of wear and tear and I think could be updated with new seats without really taking away from the classic nature of the attraction.

This is a fun look into the past and how far we have come with technology. It could use a update, but it is still a nice relaxing look into the past. I also like the song, which pops in my head sometimes for no reason. Love the Sherman Brothers! It is also cool to know that Walt Disney was involved in this.

This is older than I am and I’m about to retire… I think that says something. I know that this appeals to people who went to Disney World when they were kids from 1971-2000. I went for the first time as an adult in 2008 and literally fell asleep in this theater. It is so, so, so boring. If you aren’t nostalgic for your childhood visits during the previous century I’d suggest skipping this attraction. On the other hand if you like watching paint dry then this is the ride for you!

I really enjoyed this. You go through “scenes” of different eras to show technology advances. Typically little to no wait. I ended up seeing the first vignette 6 times, anytime someone leaves attraction early it resets.

This is a must! It's nostalgic. You get to sit down. In air conditioning. Will that turkey get burned again? Ride and find out.
