It breaks my heart to rate this one so low, because Aladdin is one of my favorite movies! But this ride is not what that movie deserves. It's a Dumbo clone; it's out in the wide open so it can get VERY hot; and every time I've been on it or even just walked by it recently, about a third of the carpet-cars aren't operational.

C'mon, Disney Parks, give Aladdin the thrill ride it deserves!

Pros:

Usually a short wait

Cons:

dull, hot

i know this ride is the same as all the others with nothing too special, but to me it's quite nostalgic and used to be one of my favorites as a kid considering my love for Aladdin. the spitting camels are awesome and the music! but, i can see why someone would skip it. definitely make time for either dumbo, astro orbiter OR this ride instead of going on more than one of the three.

Pros:

family friendly, nostalgic, spitting camels, music

Cons:

too squeeky lol needs some lovin'

cute Dumbo style ride. absolutely would not wait in line for it though! The only reason we went on it was because it was a walk on.

Pros:

cute themeing

Cons:

definitely needs some WD40!

This ride is nothing to write home about. It's the same as Dumbo and Astro Orbiter, but with less of a wait (usually). It makes for a good filler attraction between Lightning Lanes or when a member of your party can't ride something else.

Pros:

Spitting camels are a fun touch, usually not crowded

Cons:

You may get wet, same as Dumbo

This is Dumbo but with an Aladdin theme. It’s a simple ride, but pleasant. The view at night is lovely. I don’t understand why Dumbo gets great reviews and this doesn’t. It’s the same ride. Except on this one you have the fun of trying to dodge the spitting camel. Another HUGE advantage over Dumbo for people with mobility impairments, this ride can be converted to a wheelchair car. You don’t need to transfer. Dumbo doesn’t have that. This magical ride gives people who cannot leave their wheelchair the chance to experience an iconic ride. It deserves respect, if not love.

Pros:

Usually a short wait Wheelchair car Nice views

Cons:

Similar to Dumbo or Triceratopspin

This is a Dumbo style attraction with much lower wait times. The theming is super cool and I LOVE the spitting camel. If you have littles who love Aladdin (or are like me and love Aladdin) this may be a better option over Dumbo. I personally disagree that this ride sticks out in the land I think it goes with the overall theme. I think it appears to stick out because of the sunglass shop next door which makes it seem like the ride doesn't fit. This is a personal favorite and I would ride this over Dumbo every time if I had to choose.

Pros:

Great theme, Good gentle ride for littles, lower wait time than Dumbo

Cons:

Is similar to Dumbo and triceratops spin, ride is not very long.

Remember when Disneyland first opened and Walt along with the guests thought it was odd seeing a cowboy in Tomorrowland? Well they made tunnels under the parks to keep characters in their land. This ride sticks out like a sore thumb and was obviously a way to bank on the popularity of Aladdin (movie I love by the way). I would say it belongs in Fantasyland, but you already have the classic spinning ride that is Dumbo. Yes there is Astro Orbiter but that is also classic and makes sense in its respective land. This one is just a bit out of place and if you need a tame spinning ride for the kiddos, just take them to Dumbo or Astro Orbiters

Pros:

Good for the Kiddos

Cons:

The third of the spinning easy going rides, out of place in Adventureland.

This is a much lesser version of Dumbo The Flying Elephant

Pros:

Can be a distraction, and something to do if the line is short, and other lines around are long

Cons:

Basically just a clone, but is worse than the original in every way

Just meh. Really not sure what it is still doing here, I guess to give the little kids an option. But a lack of theme and similarities to Dumbo leave this ride a lot to be desired.

Pros:

hmm... maybe the short lines

Cons:

Nothing really exciting, similar to Dumbo but worse
