When you’re planning a trip to Disney World, it’s a good idea to check on the latest wait time trends so you know what to expect.

We study the average ride wait times in Disney World and report on all the current trends! That way, you can be prepared for your next vacation. This week, was a bit of a bizzare week, especially at the Magic Kingdom, where two iconic attractions saw significant wait time fluctuations.
Let’s take a look at this past week’s average wait times.
Magic Kingdom
Here are the average weekly wait times for each ride below, from shortest to longest wait time..
(NOTE: Since Tron Lightcycle/Run and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure do not use standby lines, we have not included them here.)

- Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse: 1 minute
- Hall of Presidents: 2 minutes
- Enchanted Tiki Room: 4 minutes
- Carousel of Progress: 5 minutes
- Tom Sawyer Island: 5 minutes
- Prince Charming Regal Carousel: 10 minutes
- Mad Tea Party: 11 minutes
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover: 12 minutes
- Magic Carpets of Aladdin: 12 minutes
- Liberty Square Riverboat: 14 minutes
- Country Bear Musical Jamboree: 15 minutes
- Mickey’s PhilharMagic: 15 minutes
- Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini: 18 minutes
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant: 18 minutes
- it’s a small world: 18 minutes
- Pirates of the Caribbean: 19 minutes
- Tomorrowland Speedway: 20 minutes
- Enchanted Tales with Belle: 21 minutes
- Astro Orbiter: 27 minutes
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: 28 minutes
- Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: 33 minutes
- Haunted Mansion: 33 minutes
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: 34 minutes
- Jungle Cruise: 38 minutes
- Space Mountain: 49 minutes
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: 63 minutes.
The Magic Kingdom park had a strange week overall as far as wait times go, perhaps best exemplified by the fact that the wait for Dumbo nearly doubled, while that for the Enchanted Tiki Room was cut nearly in half.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios

- Walt Disney Presents: 1 minute
- Muppet Vision 3D: 10 minutes
- Star Tours – The Adventures Continue: 12 minutes
- Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy: 13 minutes
- Alien Swirling Saucers: 26 minutes
- Toy Story Mania: 40 minutes
- Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway: 41minutes
- Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: 46 minutes
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run: 50 minutes
- Rise of the Resistance: 51 minutes
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith: 58 minutes
- Slinky Dog Dash: 72 minutes
Hollywood Studios saw a return to normal at the top, as Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster ceded the title back to Slinky Dog Dash.
EPCOT

- Journey into Imagination: 10 minutes
- The Seas with Nemo and Friends: 12 minutes
- Spaceship Earth: 15 minutes
- Turtle Talk with Crush: 15 minutes
- Mission: SPACE: 19 minutes
- Soarin’: 33 minutes
- Frozen Ever After: 48 minutes
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure: 56 minutes
EPCOT saw jumps across the board this week, with nearly every ride in the park seeing average wait times increase. In fact every ride in the park except Living with the Land had a wait over 10 minutes.
(NOTE: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does not currently use a standby queue, so it’s not included here.)
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
The average wait times for Animal Kingdom’s attractions are listed below.

- The Boneyard: 0 minutes
- TriceraTop Spin: 6 minutes
- It’s Tough to Be a Bug: 10 minutes
- Dinosaur: 25 minutes
- Kilimanjaro Safaris: 34 minutes
- Expedition Everest: 38 minutes
- Kali River Rapids: 44 minutes
- Na’vi River Journey: 52 minutes
- Avatar Flight of Passage: 76 minutes
Animal Kingdom’s Flight of Passage remains the busiest ride at the park (and resort overall), but saw its wait time drop slightly this week. However, the rest of the park made up for it, as wait times jumped across the board everywhere else.
