If You See a 90 Minute Wait For This Disney World Ride, RUN The Other Way

When we look at high wait times and ride closures in Disney World, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is typically the culprit, just due to ​the rides having more advanced technology.

While higher wait times aren’t uncommon in this park, and we don’t think you should avoid riding something if it’s around 45-60 minutes, when you see a wait time rise THIS high for Tower of Terror, we are begging you — DON’T get in line!

Magic Kingdom

TRON Lightcycle / Run and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train both tied at 55-minute waits, which isn’t bad at all for this time of year, but it was a bit of a shock to see that The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh wasn’t far behind with a 50-minute wait! We’ve also noticed that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has been temporarily closed almost EVERY morning for the past week — maybe this ride just isn’t a fan of winter mornings.

It was a close call, but Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ended the day with the highest wait time of 120 minutes! However, that very likely could have been due to the fact that Test Track was closed during the last hour of the day. Living with the Land also had a ROUGH day, closing for the first four hours of the day, and Spaceship Earth also had a rough time later in the day.

The issues with Twilight Zone Tower of Terror continue, as it hit a 90-minute wait…before dropping down to 20 minutes the next hour. That just goes to say, if you see this ride at a super high wait time, DON’T get in line! Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster also closed multiple times throughout the day, which isn’t great to see.
