Wonderful World of Animation Projection Show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

INTRODUCTION:

The Wonderful World of Animation is a projection show on the Chinese Theater. It features a clip from every single full-length Disney animated classic and Pixar film, along with a fun soundtrack.

SHOW:

The 12 minute show is typically presented nightly on the Chinese Theater. It celebrates the 90+ years of Disney animation, starting with Mickey Mouse. He’s headed to the Chinese Theater for a premiere!

Throughout the show, various montages are projected on the Chinese Theater and the buildings next to it. They go through themes such villains, heroes, romance, family, and friends.

While you’ll see clips from every single full-length Disney Animated Classic and Pixar Film, some are highlighted more than others, such as Coco, The Emperor’s New Groove, The Incredibles, Sleeping Beauty, and Toy Story 4. 

This show is a delight for families and kids of all ages!

The best place to see the show is right in front of the theater — but not too close so you can see everything! Plan to arrive about 20 minutes early to snag a good view.
