The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure

A brand-new show called “The Little Mermaid — A Musical Adventure” is coming to Disney World! So don’t worry The Little Mermaid fans! The story you know and love is sticking around, just in a new way.

The show, which is set to debut in Summer 2025, is a fully reimagined theatrical production inspired by the animated movie. Just like Voyage of the Little Mermaid, it will include a mix of live actors and puppets in some scenes.

Disney Live Entertainment has been working on this new telling of the show for over a year bringing new elements to the beloved story. It has been confirmed that “Part of Your World” and “Poor Unfortunate Souls” will be in the show, as well as “Kiss the Girl” which was NOT part of the Voyage of the Little Mermaid show.

Based on the description, it seems like there won’t be any songs or touches from the new live-action movie.
