Wow. One of the best meals I've ever had on property. I'd highly recommend the Pan con Tomate. So simple, but done so well. Other items were just as high quality and delicious. Easily an underrated restaurant.

Pros:

Flavor and variety, and can be adventurous for diners

Cons:

Service can be slow

Me and my husband were celebrating. Looking for a dining reservation we found one at a good time at Toledo. Neither of us really knew much about the restaurant but we both wanted to have a look around the Grand Destino Tower. What can I say, everything about this restaurant is perfection. It is beautiful, sophisticated but not having that old fashioned luxury feel, rather a more contemporary and bright atmosphere. Our server was sublime and basically planned our meal for us. We had the Chefs signature meal for 2 priced at $129. This included appetizers, charcuterie board, a 28 oz bone in rib-eye and dessert. The quality and flavors within this meal were out of this world and the amount of food was just so unexpected. All enjoyed with a fantastic bottle of Spanish red wine, it was one of the best dining experiences that we have had on property and one of the best in general! For a moderate hotel with good prices, Toledo is a sleeper hit that more people need to experience!

Pros:

Beautiful decor Interesting food options Great views across property

Cons:

Maybe not one for kids. Not very Disney and a rather adult atmosphere

Oof. Maybe we just had a bad experience. This is honestly the only restaurant on Disney property that I WOULD NOT recommend, and I have been to many restaurants. First off, we had an ADR and still ended up waiting ALMOST AN HOUR just to get seated! Not off to a very good start. Our server was nice, but there were several occasions where our drinks were empty for a while before he came back to fill them and it took a very long time for us to order. The overall vibe here was very convention crowd-y, but that tends to happen if you are staying in the Tower. The entrees were bland in my opinion, however the tapas and starters were pretty good. The wine list and drinks were good and the restaurant itself was gorgeous. However, I can't recommend it to the average Disney goer because the service was just plain un-Disney-like and for us the food was nothing special. I'm sure you could find better service and food in a similar restaurant off property for cheaper.

Pros:

Pretty atmosphere, good views of Hollywood Studios, food is OK.

Cons:

Bad service (for us anyways), LOONG wait even with ADR, food was bland, did not feel very Disney-esque.

This restaurant is at a moderate resort, you say!? The food was so, so, so good. My wife and I dream about the steaks we've had there (LOL). The views of WDW are incredible. The interior design is beautiful!! We were celebrating my wife's birthday here, the waitress gave us a magical moment!

Pros:

Food, Atmosphere, Views

Cons:

Dessert bar seemed still frozen when served. Not a fan of the Gran Gin-Tonic drink.

We just celebrated our 20th Anniversary and by far this is a total hidden gem of Disney Dining. You get signature service and the meal at the price of just 1 Dining Credit. The food and staff are amazing.

Pros:

The attention our waiter Brian gave us was beyond amazing. The Ribeye steak was something my wife and I are still talking about. The Deserts are very good also. The best part is that we did not feel rushed, we took our time enjoying our meal and drinks. The wait for our table was not long.

Cons:

I really can not complain or find anything wrong with this place.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a stay in the Grande Destino Tower at Coronado Springs Resort. We dined at the new Toledo's on the top of the tower. The atmosphere was wonderful & we had a table with a window view of Hollywood Studios. We had the 28oz bone-in Ribeye for two which came with our choice of two sides. It was cooked to perfection! The best steak we've had at any restaurant on Disney property including the steakhouses! The service was great as well. After dinner the manager offered us a tour of the hotel's club level lounge. It made me wish we'd spent the extra money to have access to the lounge.... there's always next time!
There's also a nice lounge ajecent to the restaurant that has a great balcony where guest can enjoy viewing the fireworks from both HS and Epcot.

Pros:

Great service, atmosphere and food. Large portions.

Cons:

A bit pricey if not on the dining plan.
