And those are what the wait times looked like yesterday, August 29th! So, what can you and your group do if Disney World experiences dozens of ride closures like it did yesterday? It’s important to make sure you have My Disney Experience downloaded on your phone so you can have the most up-to-date information on the status of the ride you’re waiting for.
If you’re waiting for a ride to become available again, you can experience some other rides or attractions in that area while you wait (like if you’re waiting for Splash Mountain to come back up, you could ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad), or you could do some shopping! You could also use the ride’s closure as an opportunity to take a break, find a bench, grab a snack, and enjoy the scenery.
