Summer isn’t the busiest season in Disney World anymore, believe it or not, but it’s certainly BUSY. So, when we see that certain Disney World rides are already struggling at the very start of the season? Yeah, consider us concerned.
In fact, one of the rides we’re seeing have the most trouble right now was one that underwent a refurbishment not that long ago. Disney, is it somehow already time for another one? Is this about to become an every year thing?

TRON Lightcycle / Run hit a 60 minute wait a few different times throughout the day, which isn’t bad AT ALL for a long holiday weekend! We are concerned with how many rides had major issues throughout the day, though. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was closed for FIVE hours throughout the day, and Space Mountain wasn’t far behind, closing for four hours total.

Avatar Flight of Passage hit a 130 minute wait twice, which isn’t entirely unusual…and then dropped ALL the way down to a 25 minute wait at the very end of the park day. Was the ride having issues for a majority of the day, and that’s what contributed to its high wait times, or did everyone just leave the park right before the end of the day?

‘Tis the summer of Slinky Dog Dash, once again, it seems, as the ride hit a 90 minute wait twice in the MIDDLE of the day, which, by the way, is absolutely the worst time to wait in that HOT outdoor line. However, this all could change starting today, as Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets officially reopened, and it’s possible it could take the top spot for wait times for some time.
