Everything You Need to Know About Bluey’s Wild World in Disney World

We’ve been waiting for May 26th for what feels like forever, and we’re finally here!

Bluey is finally here!

This year, Disney World’s Cool KIDS’ SUMMER event takes place from May 26th through September 8th, which means that A LOT hits the parks in just a few short days. One of the most anticipated new experiences is Bluey’s Wild World in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We were some of the first people at Bluey’s Wild World on the opening day — here’s what to expect!

To get to Bluey’s Wild World, you’ll need to head to the Conservation Station, which means you’ll need to take the Wildlife Express. This train ride is super relaxing, and is now narrated by Australian zoologist Robert Irwin!

Once we made it to the Conservation Station, we noticed so many adorable signs of Bluey and Bingo exploring the area. We loved seeing them pop up in so many different places.

The wilderness must be explored!

Bluey’s Wild World, the interactive show with Bluey and Bingo, requires a virtual queue. This show features interactive games and dance parties with your favorite Australian heeler duo!

It seems like Disney is still figuring out the flow of how these shows will work. Quincy went to the first show today, and they had kids come in and sit on the floor, while adults hung out towards the back. Then, when another reporter went to the show a bit later, they had a line of tape for everyone to stand behind. Eventually, kids were invited up to cross that line.

We were in Group 2 of the virtual queue, and at the time, we only had to show our queue status when we made it to Conservation Station.

However, when we were leaving Bluey’s Wild World, we noticed that Cast Members had started scanning for virtual queues at the Wildlife Express Train station. The scan-in location could change throughout the day, so you must head over to the train as soon as your boarding group is called! Give yourself plenty of time.

Before or after Bluey’s Wild World, you can explore the new animals at Jumping Junction. The area has wallabies and kangaroos available for viewing. Disney Cast Members confirmed that this area will soon be open with walking paths, but for now, the animals are still getting acclimatized.
