This Disney World Ride Was Closed for EIGHT HOURS Yesterday

We’ll be the first to admit that Disney World has been having some weird days recently, and that’s only increasing with the debut of Disney Starlight in Magic Kingdom.

Wait times towards the end of the day may change drastically now that people will be grabbing spots for the parade, but what we noticed most about yesterday was how rough of a day it was for a few different rides — most notably this popular Magic Kingdom coaster that closed for EIGHT HOURS.​

Magic Kingdom

For the first time in a WHILE, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train came out on top with a 95 minute wait, but that was largely due to the ride being closed for the first EIGHT HOURS of the park day. In addition to that closure, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, Space Mountain, and Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel all had closures as well. Overall, it wasn’t the best day for Magic Kingdom, and it had nothing to do with rain or storms!
