Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is on most people’s Disney World bucket list.
It’s a SUPER immersive area that’s filled with Star Wars-themed rides, shops, and restaurants. It’s super cool, and it’s an especially popular (and crowded) spot. That being said, the wait times for the rides are usually SKY HIGH. For example, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance can soar over 100-minute waits. That’s no fun, and it’ll take up half your afternoon. What if we told you that there was an ideal time of day to visit Galaxy’s Edge?
We LOVE visiting Galaxy’s Edge at night. After 7PM, you’ll notice that the wait times significantly drop. Like, they each drop enough that you can get everything done in the next two hours before the park closes.
On February 26th, 2024, you’ll see that at 7PM, the wait time for Star Tours was at 5 minutes, Smuggler’s Run was at 20 minutes, and Rise of the Resistance was at 40 minutes. Considering the amount of time it actually takes to enjoy the attraction, that puts you at about an hour and a half total.
