When you think of waiting in long lines, you probably think of Rise of the Resistance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

And you’d be right! Since Disney got rid of the Virtual Queue for this attraction, it typically draws some of the longest lines in the park. However, Slinky Dog Dash typically posts the longest wait time in the ENTIRE park and sometimes even all of Disney World!
This week, that has changed. Rise of the Resistance is in fact the longest wait time in Hollywood Studios! The Star Wars attraction posted an average of 94 minutes while Slinky Dog Dash went down to an 88-minute average wait time.
Don’t get us wrong — you could still be waiting a long time for each of these rides. However, it’s interesting that Rise of the Resistance took the top spot after months of Slinky Dog Dash posting the highest average wait times.

I was just there of MLK weekend. We couldn’t get on Slinky Dog. But there was practically no one on ROTR. We only had about 12 people in our “transport”. It was bizarre.
We all know why such long line, Genie+ it’s that simple. Having to pay to use lightening lanes only adds to one’s costs.
