There are many reasons to visit Disney World for the holiday season!

Many families go annually as a tradition, while others come to enjoy the decor, the special entertainment, the food (especially at the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays), and the holiday parties like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party or the all-new Jollywood Nights event. No matter the reason for your visit, you’re going to want to keep track of one thing — the wait times.
If you’re planning to ride rides in Disney World, it’s good to have some sort of strategy. That’s why you’ll find many people on the AllEars team checking the wait times in the My Disney Experience app at home — yes, we do it for fun!
We also keep track of all the wait times in Disney World. This week, we noticed that wait times decreased at most attractions! Could this be the best week to experience the holidays? We’ll just have to wait and see how this compares to future weeks, but ride wait times were better than the previous week overall.
Take a look below at the average wait times from last week (November 10th-16th) at every attraction!

It was pouring rain for 3 days, so the parks were pretty empty. We didn’t let it stop us, but I wouldn’t call it the “ideal” week to visit either. I will say the safari at AK was a highlight, as the animals were all very active.
