NEWS: Disney Reveals NEW Ship to the World for the FIRST Time

A new Disney Cruise ship just reached a massive milestone! The Disney Adventure completed her Float Out ceremony.

True Cruise Line fans are probably familiar with the ceremony. It’s a tradition for the maritime industry to celebrate the hull of the ship being complete!

This is an exciting time, as the new cruise is close to finally joining the Disney Cruise Line fleet. Disney posted a video on Instagram, giving us a glance at the celebration.

This was the very first time the Disney Adventure was revealed to the world. There is still some construction left to be done, and they have a bit of a journey to take the Disney Adventure to where she will be berthed — but we are so close to having access to the dazzling ship!

This is one of Disney’s newest cruise ships, and it will be setting sail from Singapore starting December 15th, 2025. The cruise ship will offer three-, four-, or five-night Singapore cruises once it is fully operational. The ship is going to feature seven themed areas — which will include spots like Marvel Landing, Toy Story Place, San Fransokyo Street, and Town Square.

A lot of Cruise Line news has been going on, with the Disney Destiny coming on the horizon as well. The Disney Destiny will be joining the Disney Adventure, as they both set sail in 2025.

Disney’s future plans for the fleet are insane (in a good way)! The future is bright, and there is a lot to be excited about for the Disney Cruise Line. The current fleet includes five ships, and they will be adding two ships to the fleet by the end of 2025! The Disney Adventure and Disney Destiny are just the start of the MASSIVE expansion in store. Disney announced that they are planning to expand the fleet to thirteen ships by 2031!

It’s a good time to be a Disney Cruise Line fan! It’s going to be so hard to pick which ship to set sail on, maybe you’ll have to add it to the bucket list to try them all.
