Should You Skip the Morning Rope Drop at Disney World?

Is September the best time to visit Disney World?

Although the weather is hot and humid (and often stormy), we’ve seen lower wait times this month than we’ve seen in several years. Only 15 minutes for Flight of Passage? We’ll take it!

That’s right — wait times continue to be pretty low at Disney World, although the  more popular rides can still have waits up to an hour or longer. Of course, you can easily get around that by purchasing Genie+ and buying the Individual Lightning Lane option for those rides that have it.

However, another good strategy is to ride attractions just before park close, when wait times are at some of the lowest of the day! Right now, we’re seeing many rides with low waits at that time of night.
