You’ve worked hard to plan every detail of your trip and save, but we’re begging you to consider purchasing Lightning Lane for at least ONE Disney World park. Here’s why.
Cramming in everything there is to experience, eat, and see while you’re on vacation at Disney World might seem like an ambitious endeavor, but it can also be so rewarding when you realize you’ve gotten to do it all. As Disney World experts who are in the parks every day, we’ve seen the crowds firsthand, and they can cause wait times to RISE.
More people traveling over summer is a given for places like Disney World, but the unavoidable side effect of this is longer wait times across the rides, attractions, and shows. If you’re on the fence when it comes to purchasing any extras that could help you save time on vacation, we’re begging you to do your research first.
Just recently, we’ve seen consistently higher wait times across the board at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This park has a limited number of rides and attractions. While two new shows have been added to help alleviate the tired, hot, and sweaty crowds during the day, it’s simply not enough to keep you from spending most of your day in lines.
If you were going to budget a little extra money into your trip for skip-the-line services like Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass at Disney World, we recommend splurging at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
This system is built to allow you to make a few selections for rides and attractions ahead of your visit (even further in advance if you’re staying at a Disney World hotel) and skip the regular standby line for these attractions. You can continue to pick up more Lightning Lanes around the park as long as there’s an available time slot after you’ve used one.
This will be key in getting to strategize everything there is to do at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a day, and it shows. If you’re looking to avoid 1 hour+ wait times at multiple attractions during your visit, this could be your lifesaver.
