Can you believe we’re less than a week away from the beginning of EPCOT’s International Food and Wine Festival? We can’t wait!

This weekend is going to be a BUSY one in Disney World, with Food and Wine beginning on Thursday, and Destination D23 taking place over Saturday and Sunday at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. We know it’s getting real now, because the Food and Wine planter has just arrived in EPCOT a few days early!
The Food and Wine planter is the first part of the festival you see when you walk into the park (from the front, that is, not if you walk in from the International Gateway from Yacht & Beach Club or the Skyliner). It’s a fantastic photo op, as Spaceship Earth rises up right behind it!

You’ll likely see a ton of people (including us) stop for a photo, so don’t be fooled by the potentially large crowd you see right at the front of the park — if you want to grab a photo later on in the day, or want to head straight for the booths, bypass the crowd and head into the park!

Some of our favorite parts of this sign are the details pointing to Remy and his friends, all from the iconic movie Ratatouille. You’ll find Emile happily holding some blueberries (and don’t forget to check out Emile’s Fromage Montage at the festival if you love cheese!).

If you’re looking for a travel agent to help with your vacation, we recommend our friends at Mouse Fan Travel. They’re experts in the field with over 20 years of vacation planning experience, and they can help take a bunch of the stress out of the entire booking process for you!
We can’t wait to experience all the festival has to offer this year. Be sure to stay tuned to AllEars, because we’ll be there on day 1 to try everything and let you know what’s worth your money!
