If there’s one thing Disney fans know how to do, it’s share their unfiltered opinions about the parks.

We’ll rave about our favorite snacks, defend our must-do rides, and yes—we’ll absolutely let you know the things we would never do again, no matter how much pixie dust (or cash) you throw our way. That’s exactly what happened when we reached out to you to get your thoughts on the matter. You all had plenty of answers, and honestly? Some of these hit a little too close to home. Let’s dive into the top responses!
We reached out to our followers on Facebook and Instagram to ask: “What things could Disney not even pay you to do in the parks?” We had quite a few people leave their opinions in the comments!

Now, let’s go over some of your top responses!
“Mission Space Orange”
First up, we’ve got Denise who shared, “Mission Space Orange.”

Oh, Mission: SPACE. You either love it, or you leave it swearing off orange for the rest of your life. The Orange Team is the more “intense” version of the ride, which means spinning, G-forces, and the very real chance of feeling like you’ve just crash-landed back on Earth. Plenty of readers agreed that this is a one-and-done ride—if you can even get yourself on it in the first place.
“Teacups…”
Next, we’ve got Jenny who shared, “Teacups, Jennys don’t spin..”

It’s official: not all rides are for everyone. The Mad Tea Party looks innocent enough with its pastel teacups and cheerful music, but the spinning can be brutal. If your stomach isn’t built for it, this is a skip every time. Jenny speaks for many when she says it’s just not worth the dizziness.
“The zip line…”
Next, we’ve got Mikki who shared, “The zip line Tinker Bell uses!!!!”

Okay, this one made us laugh. Every night during the fireworks at Magic Kingdom, Tinker Bell “flies” from Cinderella Castle across the park on a hidden zip line. It’s pure magic to watch, but would you want to be the one strapped in, dangling high above thousands of people? For Mikki, the answer is a firm no.
“Argue with…”
Next, we’ve got Rachel who shared, “Argue with a Cast Member”

We love this one. The Cast Members are truly the heart of the parks, and starting a fight with one is not just unnecessary—it’s the exact opposite of Disney magic. Rachel’s answer is a reminder that being kind goes a long way in making everyone’s trip better.
“Wait in a huge line for…”
Next, we’ve got Narda who shared, “Wait in a huge line for a popcorn bucket.”

Popcorn buckets are one of Disney’s hottest collectibles. Whether it’s Figment, a Mickey balloon, or the latest seasonal release, there are fans who will wait hours in the sun just to grab one. But for Narda? Absolutely not. For some, a snack is a snack—and no merchandise is worth the kind of line that eats up half your park day.
“Stand in line to….”
Next, we’ve got Cynthia who shared, “Stand in line to meet characters lol.”

Character meet-and-greets are a core memory for many Disney fans, but Cynthia’s not having it. Between the long waits, the heat (if the line is outdoors), and the sometimes awkward small talk with Goofy, it’s not everyone’s idea of fun. Some folks are here for the rides and the food, and that’s totally okay.
“Ride Tower of Terror.”
Next, we’ve got Elenora who shared, “Ride Tower of Terror.”

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is one of Disney’s most iconic thrill rides—but not everyone is lining up for that freefall. The sudden drops and eerie theming can leave even the bravest guests a little shaken. Elenora made it clear this is firmly on her “never again” list.
“Parks mean nothing to me…”
Lastly, we’ve got Chris who shared, “Parks mean nothing to me. I’ll be at the Springs dinning.”

Well, that’s one way to do Disney World! Disney Springs has incredible restaurants, shops, and entertainment, and some folks prefer it over the hustle and bustle of the parks. Chris’s comment is proof that you can still get a taste of Disney magic—without stepping foot on Main Street, U.S.A.
Well, those were just some of your thoughts on the things that Disney couldn’t even pay you to do in the parks at Disney World, and now we want to hear even more from you! In the meantime, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney news!
People Are Sharing Embarrassing Things That Happened to Them at Disney World, and the Responses Are Diabolical
What things could Disney not even pay you to do in the parks? Tell us all about it down in the comments!

Mulholland Madness aka Goofy’s Sky School. Not only can my poor aging back not stand it, but I’ve gotten stuck on the final top turn before and waited for almost an hour before getting escorted down the narrowest, steepest stairs in existence. Had a great view of World of Color though…
