If This Hollywood Studios Ride Could Get Things Sorted Out, That'd Be Great

Listen, we’re not here to recommend adding any more construction to Disney World, but when we see that rides are clearly struggling and they’re NOT on the refurbishment list, we get a little concerned.

We saw Tiana’s Bayou Adventure have some issues in Magic Kingdom yesterday, which was more of an issue than a normal winter day since Disney World was seeing a bit of a heat wave and a water ride was appreciated by many. However, what really shocked us was seeing just HOW MANY issues this Hollywood Studios attraction continues to have, and we’re afraid it’ll get worse before it gets better.

Let’s take a look at wait times from February 19th, 2026!

Magic Kingdom

You can tell there’s a bit of a heat wave (for February) happening in Orlando right now, because Tiana’s Bayou Adventure had the highest wait time of 120 minutes! However, it didn’t help that the ride was closed three separate times throughout the day, and we noticed that Peter Pan’s Flight struggled as well.

Epcot

As it turns out, Frozen Ever After had the highest wait time of 135 minutes, but we were happy to see that it only temporarily closed for one hour. In fact, both Test Track and Spaceship Earth had more prominent issues throughout the day, but those wait times didn’t skyrocket as bad. Frozen Ever After also recently just came out of a small refurbishment that enhanced the animatronics, so you won’t want to miss that!

Avatar Flight of Passage hit a 105 minute wait at 9 AM, but otherwise stayed pretty low. However, we’ve got a feeling this has to do with the fact that everyone was heading over to Rafiki’s Planet Watch to say goodbye to the area, as in just a few days, it’ll close to undergo refurbishment ahead of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER when Bluey will make her debut! If you’re heading to this park over the next few months, we’ll warn you now — with all the closures, this really IS a half-day park right now.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Y’all, we’re shocked — for MONTHS now we’ve seen Twilight Zone Tower of Terror have multiple issues. It won’t close completely, but instead half of the attraction will go down, causing the wait time to at least DOUBLE automatically, and it struggled yet again today. However, nothing is being done about it! Twilight Zone Tower of Terror hit a 150 minute wait yesterday, then dropped down to 50 minutes the next hour (hence how we know it was likely a mechanical issue with half the ride), but stayed very high all day, sitting around 120 minutes with half od the attraction down. Disney, we don’t NEED any more closures, but is this ride okay?
