Oh, You Wanted To Go to Disney World This Weekend? Here’s What You’re In for in the Parks.

If waiting in lines is your LEAST favorite part of a Disney World day​, but you don’t feel like paying for Lightning Lanes to skip those lines (which we totally get), researching some of the least crowded park days is a good solution. 

This takes some trial and error, especially since the “busy season” changes all the time. But we know one thing — after watching wait times in the parks each and every day for months on end, we can tell you that the WORST day to visit Disney World for low wait times is Saturdays, even in the “off” season.

Below is a full list of wait times in Disney World on September 13th, 2025.

Magic Kingdom

The highest wait times of the day were a three-way tie between Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and TRON Lightcycle / Run, all peaking at 85-minute waits. Fortunately, only three rides had closure issues, and each was only for one hour, which helped keep wait times even. However, this goes to show that Saturdays are definitely NOT the day to visit Magic Kingdom if you want lower wait times in the “off” season!

Rise of the Resistance hit a 115-minute wait in the second hour of the park day, but that was immediately after it had been closed for the first hour of the day, so we’re not surprised. The ride also closed again later in the day, along with Toy Story Mania, but otherwise, the park did really well in terms of closures! Again, though, if you’re looking for lower crowds, Saturdays are not the day to visit!
