Disney fans are never quiet when you come for their favorite resort, and this time was no exception.

When we called out what you thought was the worst hotel room in Disney World, the comments section lit up fast. As you can imagine, people are passionate about where they stay, especially when it comes to a resort as divisive as this one. So we took the conversation to Facebook and shared your thoughts. Wow, did you deliver. Readers jumped into the comments with strong opinions, personal stories, and a lot of love for a resort that clearly has its fans. Now we’re diving into some of the most interesting responses you shared.
We reached out to our followers on Facebook and Instagram to share: “YOU have spoken! You told us that this is the WORST deluxe hotel at Disney World! 🏨” We had quite a few people leave their opinions in the comments!

Now, let’s go over some of your top responses!
Erin kicked things off with a clear and confident take, and honestly, you can feel the loyalty here.
“Saratoga Springs is our favorite. It’s my family’s first choice on our Disney getaways.”
Calling Saratoga Springs your “first choice” says a lot, especially with so many flashy options across Disney World. There’s something to be said for a resort that feels like home, and that’s the vibe Saratoga Springs gives a lot of guests. It may not have the bold theming of some other hotels, but for families who prioritize comfort and familiarity, it clearly delivers.

Next, Daniel brought a lot to the table here, and there’s a lot to unpack.
“Saratoga is our home resort (DVC) and we love it for the peace, quiet and so many trees. Also, is just across the pond from Disney Springs. And by the way, our first contract was at Grand Floridian, but we will never stay there.”
First, the love for the peaceful atmosphere and greenery is something we hear often. Saratoga Springs leans into that relaxed, almost residential feel, which can be a huge plus after long park days. But that last line about never going back to the Grand Floridian is a bold twist. It just goes to show how personal these experiences can be. What works for one guest might not land the same way for another, even at one of Disney’s most iconic resorts.

Next, we’ve got Theresa’s take, which feels like the voice of reason in the mix. She’s not just defending Saratoga Springs, she’s pointing out something important about Disney vacations in general.
“I think it’s all so relative, as each experience is individual. My worst ever stay was at the Grand Floridian, and most people love this resort. I love Saratoga Springs, all wonderful stays there.”
Every trip is different. Timing, room location, crowds, and even expectations can completely shape how a stay feels. Her experience flips the usual narrative, and it’s a great reminder that “worst” and “best” are often subjective.

Bethany came in with a little sarcasm, and we’re here for it. That last line says everything you need to know about how she really feels.
“It’s so peaceful! All the internal lakes to go for strolls around, 4 pools, walking distance to all the restaurants at Disney Springs…Yup it’s awful, go book somewhere else.”
She highlights some of Saratoga Springs’ biggest perks, like the walking paths, multiple pools, and easy access to Disney Springs. For guests who want a quieter home base with plenty to do nearby, those features can be a huge win.

Mary’s comment paints such a specific picture, and honestly, it sounds kind of perfect.
“Love Saratoga, Grandstand section….nothing like having my coffee watching golf from my patio.”
There’s something peaceful about starting your day with coffee and a view, especially when it’s not crowded or chaotic. The Grandstand section doesn’t always get the spotlight, but moments like this are exactly why some guests keep coming back. It’s less about over-the-top theming and more about those quiet, relaxing details.

Orlando’s response is all about convenience, and it’s a strong case.
“This is my home resort and I love it. I can visit DS and comeback in 5mins. I can resort hop and just take any bus back to DS without having to go to a theme park then to the resort. Im a quick boat ride for morning beignets. And lastly most other resorts though are all beautiful, but very crowded.”
Being able to pop over to Disney Springs, hop between resorts, and grab beignets without dealing with heavy crowds is a big deal. That flexibility can completely change how you experience your trip. While some guests chase the most iconic hotels, others clearly value ease and breathing room, and Saratoga Springs checks those boxes.

These were just a handful of the many passionate responses we saw, and it’s clear this topic struck a nerve. Disney fans have strong opinions for a reason, and every resort has its loyal following. We love seeing how different your experiences can be, and this conversation is far from over.
