As summer approaches, the temperature begins to rise in Disney World, and that means a few different things, but most notably, we notice that wait times for water-based attractions become longer.
Two of the most notable water rides that can douse you with water in Disney World are Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Kali River Rapids, but let’s put it this way — ONE of these rides is worth a 60+ minute wait, but the other? Honestly, you’d be better off just dumping water on your head.
Let’s take a look at wait times from Friday, April 10th!
Magic Kingdom
The highest wait time of the day actually went to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at 135 minutes, and we feel it was for two reasons — one, it’s getting hotter in Orlando and people want some relief in the form of a water ride, and two, the ride was closed for the first two hours of the day, then closed for two MORE hours later in the day. Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh also went down a few times during the day, which has us a little concerned, considering this ride has been having issues for quite some time.
