Nasty weather in Disney World can really mess up your ride plans, sure, but random technical issues can do the same thing, and those are harder to predict.
We keep an eye on all the latest ride trends so you know what to expect when you’re on your upcoming trip to Disney World. Disney recently announced that a ride refurbishment would be coming to one EPCOT ride soon, and we were a little surprised…until we looked at the latest ride wait times, then the reason became clear.
Below is a full list of Disney World wait times on June 27th, 2025.
Magic Kingdom
TRON Lightcycle / Run had the highest wait time of 90 minutes on two separate occasions throughout the day, but what we were more concerned about was the frequency of ride closures. NINE different rides closed throughout the day, and only three of those were due to weather; the others closed for various reasons, but it seems Tiana’s Bayou Adventure had it the roughest.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind had the highest wait time of 95 minutes two times throughout the day, but EPCOT struggled with ride closures, too. Spaceship Earth was closed for the first FIVE hours of the park day, and now we see why it’s going under refurbishment in August. That poor ride is STRUGGLING, and the wait times prove it.
