We’ve seen a lot happen in Disney World — we’re there every day (yes, literally), and when you’re constantly there, you can’t miss all the changes, random daily occurrences, and trends that happen in the parks.
We watch menus around the park closely to ensure you know what options are available during your trip, and watch wait times closer than almost anyone else out there, because how else can you plan a rope drop strategy? However, we’ve gotta admit, with the recent TRON Lightcycle / Run ride change that just went live, we’re a little surprised by the latest wait times report in Magic Kingdom.
Below is a full list of wait times in Disney World on September 19th, 2025.
Magic Kingdom
After analyzing the data from the whole day, we found that TRON Lightcycle / Run reached the highest wait time of the day — a 70-minute wait — at a VERY strange time of day. The peak wait time was reported a few hours before closing, which was before the new TRON: Ares overlay would be most prominent. By the time it was actually dark, during the last hour of the day, the ride was only at a 35-minute wait! Surprising, right? Normally, fans race to this ride right before the park closes in hopes of catching a shorter wait. In this case, that strategy probably worked!
