Can the Muppets Magically Fix This Struggling Roller Coaster in Disney World?

It’s a runDisney race weekend, and that often means BIG crowds all around Disney World.

We’ve also recently seen a lot of issues with rides unexpectedly closing, particularly in Magic Kingdom, but an all-NEW problem arose recently in the parks, and the culprit was none other than our favorite problematic Hollywood Studios roller coaster.

Here’s a look at the full list of Disney World wait times on February 22nd, 2025. Let’s see what kind of wait times trends and ride problems popped up in the parks.

Magic Kingdom

TRON Lightcycle / Run had the highest wait time of 95 minutes, which isn’t nearly as bad as we expected to see for Saturday on a runDisney race weekend, and the park also did much better with closures! Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel closed twice throughout the day, and the Barnstormer went down once, but otherwise the park was up and running.

Epcot

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure jumped up to a wild 130-minute wait, which is WAY higher than we’ve seen recently. EPCOT as a whole did have ride issues, with Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and The Seas with Nemo and Friends both going down during the day.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Flight of Passage topped out at a 110-minute wait, but what was more surprising was how many times one ride had issues. Animal Kingdom has been doing well overall, but yesterday was rough — Dinosaur was closed for a total of THREE hours, but in three separate one-hour blocks throughout the day.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

We don’t know WHAT mess happened over in Hollywood Studios, but Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster not only had the highest wait of 125 minutes but it ALSO was closed for the first three hours of the day. Other unexpected attractions, such as Tower of Terror, also rose to higher wait times than we expected, so it seems everyone was partying it up in Hollywood Studios. Maybe when the Muppets take over the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster attraction, the new ride will fix the current technical issues we keep seeing.
