Orlando Airport Adds 5 NEW Nonstop Flights This Month

Are you planning a trip to Disney World? You’ve probably already researched what your budget is, how long you want to visit, where you’re staying, and what tickets you need.

New flights are added to Orlando every day

However, you also have to figure out how to get to Disney World. For many of us, that means flying into Orlando International Airport. The good news is that it gets easier to fly to Orlando every day because airlines are constantly adding new nonstop flights there. So let’s see what new nonstop flights started going to Orlando in August 2025.

The following new flight routes were added to Orlando International Airport in August 2025:

  • Ft. Myers, FL — Southwest (August 5th)
  • Los Angeles, CA (LAX) — Southwest (August 5th)
  • Miami, FL — Southwest (August 5th)
  • Sarasota, FL — Southwest (August 5th)
  • West Palm Beach, FL — Southwest (August 5th)

  • Burlington, VT — Frontier (August 21st-31st)
  • Hartford, CT — Spirit (August 14th-31st)
  • Nashville, TN — Frontier (August 22nd-November 17th)

  • Syracuse, NY — Frontier (August 21st)

  • Lincoln, NE — Breeze Airways (December 10th)
  • Tri-Cities, TN — Breeze Airways (December 10th)
  • Lima, Peru — LATAM Airlines (October 26th)
  • Hamilton, Ontario — Porter Airlines (December 12th)
  • St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands — Southwest (February 5th, 2026)
  • Appleton/Green Bay, WI — Allegiant  Air (January 16th, 2026)

If you are flying to Orlando to visit Disney World, you will still need to figure out how to get from the airport to your Disney World hotel. You have a few options available, including renting a carhiring a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or using a shared shuttle service like Mears Connect.
