If you’ve been to EPCOT recently — or kept an eye on wait times for rides in EPCOT — you might have been in for a surprise.
It’s no secret that the lines for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind are generally long, which is why your best bet to ride it is by purchasing the Lightning Lane Single Pass for the ride. However, ANOTHER ride in EPCOT is vying for top spot for longest wait times with lines that are as long or even longer than Cosmic Rewind: Test Track.
Yes, Test Track is an older ride, but it recently got an update, and it seems that update is VERY popular. If you look at wait times in EPCOT, you’ll find that the times for Test Track can get up there: over an hour and more. For example, yesterday, folks were waiting in line for Test Track for up to 115 minutes, which is much higher than the highest wait time for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at 85 minutes.
The good news is that Test Track is one of those rides you can book via Lightning Lane Multi Pass, so you don’t need to pay for Lightning Lane Single Pass to get a shorter wait like you have to with Cosmic Rewind. So if you’re looking to get a ride on Test Track and not wait in line an hour or longer, you might want to consider purchasing Lightning lane Multi Pass for EPCOT on the day you plan on visiting the park.
