What do you do when your favorite attraction in Disney World is closed nearly ALL DAY due to storms?
Unfortunately, it’s very rainy and stormy in Disney World during the summer season, and there’s really no way around it. The best you can do is plan ahead, but that doesn’t just mean having a Plan B and C in place when the ride you really want to try out goes down — it also means realizing OTHER rides will increase in wait time. Especially when one of the most popular rides in the whole resort closes for a whopping FIVE hours.
Below is a full list of Disney World wait times on June 20th, 2025!
Magic Kingdom
TRON Lightcycle / Run hit its highest wait time of 85 minutes in the middle of the day, right before the rain hit an hour or so later, which makes perfect sense. If you know there are some outdoor rides you’re looking to ride in any of the Disney World parks (but ESPECIALLY Magic Kingdom) and you know there are storms on the radar, take a look at it before you get in line.
