We’ve been talking a LOT about Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass.
And while most of our experiences with the new Lightning Lane system are mostly positive, we still get that some folks might not want to pay for the additional service. After all, you’ve spent a lot just to GET to Disney World, so why would you want to pay even more for skipping lines when you’re there? Well, if you’re visiting Disney World right now, you might be able to save that money and still not have to worry about long standby lines, at least in one park.​
Right now, things are pretty quiet, especially at rope drop in the mornings at Magic Kingdom. That means most ride wait times are SUPER low, like under 25 minutes or less. That means you could knock out quite a few rides at rope drop (and even more if you qualify for Early Theme Park Entry).
However, even throughout the day, most ride wait lines did not get over 35 minutes. This means you may not need to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass to get shorter lines in Magic Kingdom right now — the regular standby lines are pretty manageable.  Of course, we’re still seeing high wait times for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, but you could still purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass for that ride.
