We ended our first week of March on a high note with the grand opening of EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival, among so many other fun features in the parks!

And, if you are wondering what the crowds were like, we’re taking a look at the average wait times we spotted in Disney World over this past week!
Magic Kingdom
The wait times in the Magic Kingdom experienced a bit of a drop this week as we saw a few surprising wait times! The Prince Charming Regal Carrousel had a longer wait of 37 minutes than the popular Space Mountain with 35 minutes.

But, the longest waits in the park were at Pirates of the Caribbean with 48 minutes, Splash Mountain with 56 minutes, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train with 62 minutes.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant: 14 minutes
Magic Carpets of Aladdin: 15 minutes
Mad Tea Party: 21 minutes
Tomorrowland Speedway: 14 minutes
Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini: 19 minutes
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid: 19 minutes
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: 23 minutes
Mickey’s PhilharMagic: 24 minutes
Haunted Mansion: 20 minutes
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: 32 minutes
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel: 37 minutes
Astro Orbiter: 33 minutes
Peter Pan’s Flight: 33 minutes
it’s a small world: 36 minutes
Space Mountain: 35 minutes
Jungle Cruise: 37 minutes
Pirates of the Caribbean: 48 minutes
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: 44 minutes
Splash Mountain: 56 minutes

Liberty Square Riverboat: 5 minutes
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios had consistently higher wait times, similar to last week. The lowest waits were at 26 minutes at Alien Swirling Saucers and 27 minutes for Muppet Vision 3D…

…while Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Slinky Dog Dash were super close to getting the busiest spot. But, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror won with an average 58 minute wait.

Muppet Vision 3D: 27 minutes
Alien Swirling Saucers: 26 minutes
Star Tours – The Adventures Continue: 29 minutes
Toy Story Mania: 30 minutes
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith: 36 minutes
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run: 52 minutes
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: 59 minutes
Slinky Dog Dash: 58 minutes
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway: 42 minutes
EPCOT
Despite many people heading to EPCOT for the Flower and Garden opening, the attractions saw a huge dip in wait times this week! The most popular attractions in the park never passed over 40 minutes with waits of 24 minutes at Mission: SPACE, 28 minutes at Frozen Ever After…

…31 minutes at Soarin’, and 37 minutes at Test Track.

The Seas with Nemo and Friends: 6 minutes
Gran Fiesta Tour: 8 minutes
Living with the Land: 6 minutes
Journey into Imagination: 11 minutes
Spaceship Earth: 14 minutes
Mission: SPACE: 24 minutes
Soarin’: 31 minutes
Frozen Ever After: 28 minutes
Test Track: 37 minutes
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
While there were some drops in the wait times, Disney’s Animal Kingdom surprisingly secured a spot with the highest average wait in Disney World this week! The Na’vi River Journey had a 64 minute wait ahead of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in the Magic Kingdom…

…as other high wait times were at Avatar Flight of Passage with a 48 minute wait, Dinosaur with a 29 minute wait, and Kilimanjaro Safaris with a 26 minute wait.
