IT’S 2021, EVERYONE! And, this past week in Disney World has seen some holiday crowds in the parks.

While we explored Disney World for New Year’s, we saw characters greeting everyone and celebrations in the parks. On top of that, we also noticed some varying wait times at big name attractions!
And, we’ve got a look at what the average wait times were like this past week at some of the most popular spots in Disney World!
Magic Kingdom
Over at the Pirates of the Caribbean, guests were ready to visit Captain Jack Sparrow and the rest of the pirates with an average of a 40 wait time. In Tomorrowland, though, Space Mountain was even busier with a 53 minute wait.

Magic Kingdom’s other coasters were also popular with Big Thunder Mountain Railroad sitting at 48 minutes. One of Fantasyland’s most popular rides, Peter Pan’s Flight, was had an average wait time of 37 minutes before guests traveled to Neverland.

Carousel of Progress: 12 minutes
Mad Tea Party: 13 minutes
Magic Carpets of Aladdin: 13 minutes
Dumbo the Flying Elephant: 13 minutes
Tomorrowland Speedway: 15 minutes
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid: 18 minutes
Haunted Mansion: 18 minutes
Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini: 21 minutes
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: 22 minutes
Mickey’s PhilharMagic: 26 minutes
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: 32 minutes
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel: 34 minutes
Astro Orbiter: 34 minutes
it’s a small world: 37 minutes
Peter Pan’s Flight: 37 minutes
Jungle Cruise: 40 minutes
Pirates of the Caribbean: 41 minutes
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: 48 minutes
Splash Mountain: 50 minutes
Space Mountain: 53 minutes
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: 77 minutes
EPCOT
It was a very busy week in EPCOT as guests hopped around to attractions around the park with longer lines at Soarin’ with 55 minutes and Mission: SPACE with 61 minutes.

Other spots around Future World had waits like 29 minutes at Spaceship Earth, while the World Showcase had waits like 43 minutes at Frozen Ever After.

Gran Fiesta Tour: 12 minutes
The Seas with Nemo and Friends: 13 minutes
Journey into Imagination: 23 minutes
Spaceship Earth: 29 minutes
Frozen Ever After: 43 minutes
Soarin’: 55 minutes
Mission: SPACE: 61 minutes
Test Track: 84 minutes
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Pandora was a fan-favorite place to visit during New Year’s as Avatar Flight of Passage sat at 74 minutes and Na’vi River Journey at 61 minutes.

Guests were also excited to visit the Yeti at Expedition Everest with a 31 minute wait and the sweet animals at Kilimanjaro Safaris with a 34 minute wait.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Since Disney’s Hollywood Studios has both Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, it was one of the busiest places this past week. Attractions like Tower of Terror had a 64 minute wait, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway had a 35 minute wait…

…Slinky Dog Dash had a 63 minute wait, and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run had a 61 minute wait.

Muppet Vision 3D: 29 minutes
Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy: 30 minutes
Toy Story Mania: 32 minutes
Star Tours – The Adventures Continue: 34minutes
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway: 35 minutes
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith: 46 minutes
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run: 61 minutes
Slinky Dog Dash: 63 minutes
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: 64 minutes
