As Disney World reopens its theme parks this week, we’ve seen dining reservation reopen to the general public, and now it appears ticket and hotels sales for 2020 have resumed.
Previously Disney had announced that they would be pausing new ticket purchases for THIS year until “later this summer“. Now, we have a better idea of exactly when that will start!
New ticket sales for 2020 are NOW open on the Disney World website!
The ticket sales page heavily recommends checking Park Pass availability BEFORE booking tickets for select dates.
Note that at this time it still seems Annual Pass sales have not resumed for 2020. We’ll keep you posted when that changes.
Resort sales for 2020 have resumed as well, but not that ONLY hotels with announced reopening dates show as available at this time.
The news comes after bookings for 2021 vacation packages started on June 24th. We will continue to keep you updated with any further developments!

Any idea why you can only get a 7 day park ticket? We have reservations for 7 nights & I am an annual passholder, but we could not get 8 day tickets for my son & his family. If you have a reservation, you should be able to purchase tickets for as many days as you wish, so long as you have park reservations as well. Wouldn’t you think? We were gonna add the extra day to make 8, and add an additional night but I guess we can’t do that???
