While Disneyland‘s 70th anniversary celebration ends on August 9th, 2026, the end of August will bring an exciting new event with massive ticket deals!

When Disneyland kicked off its 70th Anniversary Celebration last August, they donated to dozens of charities, notably Autism Speaks, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Disneyland has been a massive donor to charities across Southern California, and on August 27th, they’re doing even more!

Jill Estorino, the President of Disneyland, spoke at the recent State of the City Address to the City of Anaheim. When asked about her main focus at Disneyland, she said the leadership team, Cast Members, and the community are Disneyland’s main priorities for the next few months. Then, she went into details of a new charity event hosted by Disneyland!

Jill Estorino announced that Disneyland is “excited to bring more pixie dust back” to the park with a new charity event! The Happiest Day in Anaheim will be held on August 27th, 2026. The event will bring community activation across the entire city of Anaheim! While that’s all Disney has announced so far, more details will come soon.

Another new event to commemorate the 71st anniversary is a massive ticket deal! Disneyland is bringing back the Anaheim resident ticket offer later this summer, with tickets starting as low as $71! These might be the cheapest per-day Disneyland tickets for 2026.
