When it comes to entertainment at the Walt Disney World parks, there is a lot to see. From fireworks to stage shows, special films and parades, you may not have time to see it all — but you can see the best!

Here are our picks of the top must-sees in each park.

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom

Winner: Happily Ever After

Watching fireworks over Cinderella Castle is basically a Disney World rite of passage, so of course Happily Ever After tops our list. This part-fireworks, part-projection show has an amazing soundtrack and reduces us to tears every time we see it. Make sure to save your spot on Main Street early!

Runner-up: Festival of Fantasy

Also on the quintessential Disney list is the Magic Kingdom parade! Currently that’s Festival of Fantasy, and it’s an incredible display of color, characters, and music! It’s a great place to see a bunch of characters at one time — and prepare to be dazzled by Maleficent’s dragon!

Epcot

Winner: The Epcot Experience

With so much coming to Epcot in the coming years, the Epcot Experience is like the coolest teaser trailer of all time. It features a 360-degree screen surrounding an incredible park model and showcases music and concept art from coming attractions such as Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Journey of Water with Moana, and Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind. It’s a great way to get excited about all of the new things coming to the park! Also, it’s super cool.

Runner-up: Epcot Forever

Epcot Forever is the temporary fireworks show that replaced Illuminations on October 1, but it’s still the teaser for HarmoniUS which debuts in 2020. So if you want to see Epcot Forever, you better hurry up! While Epcot Forever might not be as popular as Illuminations, it’s still a stunning display of fireworks and technology. Plus if you’re a fan of 80’s Epcot, you’ll love the soundtrack!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Winner: Fantasmic!

Mickey. Princesses. Villains. Fire. Bubbles. Fireworks. Lasers. Fantasmic! has it all! This is basically the “Disney-est” show on property, and it’s a must-see! It is one of our favorite things in all of Walt Disney World and one the whole family will enjoy. We highly recommend reserving a FastPass or booking a dining package because this is one popular show!

Runner-up: Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage

It’s a tale as old as time, and we love it! This mini-Broadway style production tells the classic fairy-tale in 30 minutes, complete with live vocals. It’s perfect for any fans of Beauty and the Beast, young or old. It’s also a great use of a FastPass Tier 2 pick, so you’re guaranteed a seat!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom

Winner: Festival of the Lion King

This was the hands-down, undisputed champ from our team! Festival of the Lion King is not only the best show in Animal Kingdom, but possibly the best show on property. There’s fire, acrobatics, aerial dancers, and live vocals belting out The Lion King soundtrack — what more could you want?! Make sure this is a must do on your list!

Runner-up: Rivers of Light – We Are One

Rivers of Light has gone through several iterations in its short lifespan, but I gotta say, the current version is my favorite. “We Are One” incorporates music and clips from popular animal-related Disney films such as The Lion King, The Jungle Book, Pocahontas, and Tarzan. It’s a refreshing way to include a little Disney into the beautiful show!
