I LOVE THIS RIDE! I rode it for the first time this week and fell in love immediately. To me it's the perfect immersion into the story by having you ride over the scenes like you're flying. And the ships really swoop and move like you are flying, rather than just statically moving along in a forward motion. I know some criticize this ride for being too short and lines too long and I can understand that. I used Genie+ and it was totally worth it to skip the hour long wait but I would happily wait at least 30 minutes for this ride, it's that magical.

Pros:

Immersive. Animatronics are amazing - Wendy actually shivers with fear when walking the plank!

Cons:

Long lines, short duration. Spring for Genie+ if you can to skip this and other rides on your Magic Kingdom day. It's worth it.

A great dark ride that gives you a fun and colorful abridged version of Peter Pan! Flying over London and Neverland is a blast. I HAVE A CHALLENGE FOR MOLLY: Her favorite thing to say is: Poor Nana! Poor Father?!

New quote I want her to say from Mr. Darling: “Unless I find my cuff links we don’t go to the party! And if we don’t go to the PARTY I’ll never show my face in the office again.” Can she do it? Do it for Poor Nana!

My only gripe is that this ride always has a long line. It displeases me! Otherwise I love this ride and really make an effort to ride it when I go!

Pros:

Great themed dark ride, colorful despite being in the dark, great forced perspective.

Cons:

Long Lines, short ride.

I’m 27 years old and this was my first time at DWD. I was not expecting much with this ride but it ended up being in my top 3 in MK!!! I did not realize that the track was above the ride which I’m sad to say freaked me out for a moment 😂

Pros:

So cute!! Love that the track is above you.

Cons:

Line can be way too long! Wouldn’t wait over 45 minutes!

This is a must do ride. It is super cute and perfectly brings you into neverland and the story of Peter Pan. The ride is a little short especially for how long the queue can get BUT ultimately worth it for the magic they bring to the ride.

Pros:

Perfect story telling, great for littles, cute queue

Cons:

lines can be pretty long esp for a shorter ride.

Ok so our first time ever may have significantly altered our enjoyment of this ride forever. We waited over 90 minutes for this ride that lasted just a few minutes. ugh.. the wait times can be brutal here, but it is a DIsney classic and is overall well themed. Certainly ride it early or pay the price later on like we did... lesson learned.

Pros:

Disney classic! Well themed. Fly! A/C.

Cons:

Very long wait times

I know that this is so iconic for some people BUT I personally don't really care for it. The best part is the beginning when you fly over London, but the rest of it is just not that great. When I rode it, it wasn't dark enough so it was really easy to see the ride track, the floor of the attraction, the exit doors, and more that really took me out of the experience. I would wait maybe 30 minutes for this one but not much longer. It's definitely not a must-do for me. Keep in mind, this is just my personal opinion--I know it's iconic and super historic. I have to click "Recommend" just because of the history of the ride, but it's not something that I really want to ride when I go to MK.

Pros:

Historic, great interactive queue

Cons:

Boring, extremely dated, nothing exciting in terms of technology

Classic. My favorite ride at Disney bc of the nostalgia. I am reminded of riding it for the first time as a kid and being baffled as to how we were so “high up”

Pros:

Classic, beautiful storytelling

Cons:

Slow, no big thrills
