This week it was reported that Tropical Storm Nicole has formed in the Atlantic Ocean and is expected to hit Florida this week.

Soon after the storm was announced, a tropical storm watch was issued for Orange and Osceola Counties, where Disney World is located. Disney World has issued its own update on the upcoming tropical storm.
Disney World Resort
UPDATE: Disney World has shared reopening details for each of the parks, click here to learn more.
Magic Kingdom
UPDATE: For November 10th, Magic Kingdom will be open noon to 6PM (Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas scheduled for 7PM to midnight)
Magic Kingdom will close at 7PM on November 9th, with final dining reservations at 6PM for,Be Our Guest, Liberty Tree Tavern, Diamond Horseshoe, and Cinderella’s Royal Table, and final dining reservation for all other restaurants at 6:30PM. Extended Evening Hours have also been canceled for the night, as has Disney Enchantment. Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise has been canceled as well.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
UPDATE: For November 10th, Animal Kingdom will be open 1PM to 7PM
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close at 5PM on November 9th, with final dining reservations at 5PM.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
UPDATE: For November 10th, Hollywood Studios will be open 2PM to 10PM (Fantasmic! will be canceled for the night)
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will close at 6PM on November 9th, with final dining reservations also at 6PM. Fantasmic! will be canceled for the night.

EPCOT
UPDATE: For November 10th, EPCOT will be open 1PM to 9PM
EPCOT will close at 7PM on November 9th, with final dining reservations at 6:30PM for most restaurants, except for Monsieur Paul, Space 220 Restaurant, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and Garden Grill Restaurant which will have final reservations at 6PM. Harmonious has also been canceled for the night.

Disney Springs
UPDATE: For November 10th, Disney Springs will be open at 12PM
Disney Springs will close at 7PM on November 9th, with the last dining reservations at 6:30PM. It will remain closed through the morning of November 10th.

Typhoon Lagoon, Winter Summerland Mini Golf, Fantasia Gardens, and Fantasia Gardens
Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Winter Summerland Mini Golf, Fantasia Gardens, and Fantasia Gardens will all be temporarily closed due to the impending storm, with closures on Thursday, November 10th.

Disney World Resort Hotels
UPDATE: Fort Wilderness and the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs will reopen on November 10th.
After originally canceling, and then un-canceling yesterday, Disney has since announced closures of several resort hotel areas. These include:
- Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground will require guests to depart by 3PM on November 9th. Disney will contact guests with reservations to help them find alternate accommodations.
- Because of its closure, performances of of Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue are canceled on November 9th and November 10th
- Guests currently staying at the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort will also be required to depart by 3PM on November 9th. Disney will contact guests with reservations to help them find alternate accommodations.

Character Dining
Due to the storm, Disney has shared that characters will not be available at character breakfasts on the morning of Thursday, November 10th.

Galactic Starcruiser
Disney World’s Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyage scheduled to begin tomorrow, November 10th, will be canceled. Disney will be reaching out to guests with reservations.

Sunshine Flyer
In a post on their Instagram, Sunshine Flyer (a paid option similar to the retired Magical Express) shared that they would not be operating on Wednesday, November 9th, and Thursday, November 10th. All guests with previous reservations will be refunded.

Orlando Airport
Orlando Airport will cease operations on Wednesday, November 9th at 4PM EST. The airport will share updates as it learns more about the impact of the storm.
