EVERYTHING You Can Do to Celebrate Halloween at Walt Disney World

After Hours Boo Bash has started spooking guests at Walt Disney World, and we have checked it out to give you ALL the details.

But perhaps, if you are like us, you would like a little bit more Halloween — Halloween with a side of Halloween, if you will.

Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade

If you want tricks AND treats, we’ve got all the ways to make your next trip to Disney World a little spookier.

After Hours Boo Bash

The first, and most obvious, way to celebrate Halloween in Disney World is by buying a ticket to After Hours Boo Bash.

Crowds at the BOO Bash

Boo Bash is an extra ticketed event that is separate from your regular park ticket or park pass reservation. Depending on the night you attend, it runs from 9PM-12 AM or 9:30PM-12:30AM. Keep in mind that due to the event’s limited capacity, a lot of nights are already sold out.

Your Boo Bash ticket allows you to enter the park at 7PM so you can get a full five hours of park time complete with fireworks. There are not any Halloween-specific fireworks, however you can still catch Happily Ever After before it’s gone!

Boo Bash Fireworks and Decor

You will be able to grab exclusive drinks and treats throughout the party for an additional cost. There are also trick or treat stations and free snacks (ice cream novelties, bottled beverages, and popcorn) scattered throughout that are included with the price of admission!

Complimentary Snacks

If it is Halloween entertainment you are looking for, Boo Bash has you covered, even without the Halloween fireworks show. You will find a handful of cavalcades throughout the night, and if you listen closely you may even hear a little Boo to You music!

You can also expect to see a ghostly appearance by the Cadaver Dans singing their spooky quartets all through the night.

Overall Boo Bash can be a fun time, but this Halloween event doesn’t come cheap. Tickets start at $129 per person and go all the way up to $199 if you attend on Halloween night. It’s expensive, but the combination of Halloween vibes and low crowds through the park may make it a perfect fit for you and your family!

Halloween Shopping Spree

There is one thing every Disney fan can look forward to, and that is the first day that Halloween merchandise is released! The decorations are the first domino to fall but the one right after is the merch!

Halloween merchandise in the Emporium!

If you are planning on visiting Disney World during Halloween, we suggest carving out a budget to go a little Halloween crazy. There is nothing like a little Halloween shopping spree to get you in a frightful mood!

Perfect for the fall!

Some items Disney has this year include Halloween apparel, home, and decorative goods, plush, pins, and ears!

Oh. My. Gourd.

Shopping Sprees can be fun — but dangerous! Always remember to bring an extra suitcase, or budget to ship things back home. Disney World still offers to ship to your house, and while it is an extra cost, it can be a lifesaver.
